Our fifth vintage is, mostly, safely resting in Barrels, this stage of winemaking is known as “élevage” the French winemaking term for the time and processes between fermentation and bottling.
2020 Kiss, our interpretation of Bold Rosé was released at our Private, Invitation Only Celebration on Saturday, May 22, 2021, as it achieved perfection, in our opinion!

Our third interpretation of Bold Rosé is ready for prime time. Typically, we would allow for one more year of barrel aging; not this time, this wine is delicious now!
Each Vintage of Kiss has been Bold and unexpected. You just cannot anticipate the flavors, and it is so much fun to watch expressions as soon-to-be fans taste Kiss for the first time.
Serve chilled; anticipate, then linger. It will surprise you!
The Chardonnay grapes for this wine came from Carlson Creek Vineyard in the Willcox AVA, and both the Malvasia Bianca and the Tannat from the Yavapai College Vineyard in the Verde Valley of Northern Arizona.
